Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve looked at the world the way I look at sports—as a team player. I’m always strategizing bigger, better, more effective moves, inspiring teammates to outperform, and empowering those around me to achieve beyond what they thought possible.
Now, with over 20 years of leadership-level experience across operations, communications, strategy, marketing, and more, I bring a holistic perspective to businesses looking to grow their impact, identifying fresh opportunities, drafting the playbook for achieving them, and helping the teams in my life take their game to the next level.

Founded by Suzanne Patel, a lifelong sports fan, former youth athlete, and coach at heart, Blooming Collabs combines deep marketing expertise with a genuine passion for youth and women’s sports. After years in corporate marketing and time as a stay-at-home parent, Suzanne returned to work with a clear vision: partner with organizations doing work that truly matters.
The name “Blooming” represents growth, partnership, and bold new beginnings. Inspired by Suzanne’s late mother, who courageously launched her own business later in life, it embodies what’s possible when passion meets purpose.
